Forklifts place the shuttle and pallets at the entrance of storage lanes. The shuttle then autonomously moves pallets deep into the rack, maximizing storage density.

How It Works
The forklift operator places the shuttle at the rack entrance. The shuttle picks up pallets and transports them deep into the rack channel, then returns for the next pallet.
4D Pallet Shuttle Automation
The 4D system includes vertical lifts and aisle transfer units allowing shuttles to move between aisles and levels without forklift intervention.
